Learning how to use Camtasia

Camtasia is a video recording and editing software suite, created and published by TechSmith, for creating video tutorials and presentations. It also allows us to develop video tutorials and upload the video. You can easily record software applications, PowerPoint presentations, and Web camera videos. From this lesson I have learned how to edit the video which is made already and do screen recording using Camtasia. Camtasia provides educators with the perfect solution to easily create video that motivates students and also it can enhance better learning. 

I also learned how to insert any kinds of video, pictures and background music to make the inserted video perfect. We also can record our own voice, split, and join whenever it is necessary. We can import media from just about anywhere and create stunning interactive content for the enhancement of the learning outcome. It is also very easy to edit both the video and the audio. It is easy to arrange the videos, audios and images on an unlimited number of tracks. I also created a one video tutorial for learning science curriculum for class four students so that they all can get the information accurately.All we need is the creativity and the basic skills to work with the software.

 It is flexible software through which we can take out unwanted stuff to create the things much better. It has numerous features whereby we can create quiz along with the video and it is a fun learning for us to get information. Being as a future teacher I strongly felt that, we need to use this software in teaching and learning in the classroom to enhance the students learning. Before introducing the module called ITC, I did not have any knowledge about movie maker or about camtasia to edit to record any kinds of video. After this module was introduced I was able to learn everything that I needed in my life being as educationalist.

 

Well, by learning and using camtasia software, I had used it for many purposes. It is useful for making presentation interactive and fun learning too. It allows and helps us to record PowerPoint presentations with special voice-over just pressing the record button of camtasia. While making video for educational purposes we need proper planning because it can be viewed by many people. Especially video tutorial for students should be made in such a way that it is understandable by all the high and low achiever students around the world. So I personally urge you all to have at least the knowledge of using camtasia being as a future teacher to disseminate the information to the future nation builder.
